Dakota Fanning Confirmed As ‘Jane Volturi’ For New Moon
Remember this little cutie? Oh well, she has grown up! Now she wears heels! No offense to Dakota Fanning and her fans, though. This may not be new, but Dakota Fanning has landed the role of Jane Volturi in Stephenie Meyer’s second book after Twilight, called New Moon.
Many Twilight (and Rob Pattinson’s) die-hard fans disagree on the casting of Fanning. Among the reasons being she might take the limelight off Kristen Stewart, she doesn’t look the part of evil Jane Volturi and so forth. Come on, people! Have some faith. 15-year old Dakota Fanning has been acting since she was like 6 years old, and that makes up to 9 years of experience!
Jane Volturi in the New Moon novel has a twin brother, Alec. Someone even suggested Ed Westwick to play the role! Oohh that would be awesome! I could see him being an evil vampire. Woohoo!! The New Moon movie will be released sometime in September this year and I am so excited about it! Now I haven’t read New Moon novel yet, so I’m off to do so and picture Chuck as a vampire. See ya!

i love dakota fanning too.. she was a great actress for me even she still young but she has a charisma. and i love kirsten stewart since she plays as a bella in twilight.. her attitude n character seems like me a quiet one n predictable.. anyway i just can’t wait for the new moon…

Hi. I dont think Fanning should play Jane. From what ive read in the books,Jane is evil as can be,and i just dont think she can pull it off. I mean sure she looks the part but still, we all know, shes not evil!!!
