Who is Miranda Cosgrove?

Published by phatelara at 11:11 am under Actresses, Artists, Movies, TV Shows Edit This

miranda-cosgrove.jpgThe first time I saw Miranda Consgrove acting was in School of Rock (2003) as Summer Hathaway, opposite Jack Black. She has been acting since she was 8, and I just found out that she was in the pilot episode of Smallville, as 8-year old Lana Lang.

Since then, she has been in various tv movies, such as Drake & Josh Go Hollywood and The Naked Brothers Band: Mystery Girl. She has also been in a few movies other than School of Rock, such as Keeping Up With The Steins and The Wild Stallion.

The sweet 16-year old is currently on Nickelodeon’s iCarly as Carly Shay, with Jennette miranda-cosgrove-2.jpgMcCurdy, Nathan Kress and Jerry Trainor. She has also sung 4 song for the show’s soundtrack, namely Leave It All To Me, Stay My Baby, About You Now, and Christmas Wrapping.

Miranda Cosgrove will be in Despicable Me (2010), an animation film, alongside Steve Carell. Here’s the music video of About You Now. Enjoy!

was she the one that sang “Memories…all alone in the moon light..!” badly in “School of Rock”? OMG, she’s so big now!
